Reza Ghaderan was born in the city of Esfahan in 1963 . he is married and have 3 children . he started engraving since he was 9 with his father while he was going to school . at the age of 17 , he started to work for himself .because he liked engraving so much ,he advanced his work very soon and by studying and observing historical buildings of Esfahan such as painting of Chehelsotoon , Emam Mosque and Mosque of Sheikh Lotfollah and also studied the works and designs of distinguished masters of ancient times of Esfahan tried to improve his works . in years 1993 and 1994 , he was invited to show his works on several foreign and domestic exhibitions and these shows  brought a lot of success for him and also in the year of 13 to celebrate hand craft’s day a memorial stamp from one of his works was issued and put into circulation , which is being kept at the Tehran museum of hand crafts along  with a few of his other works . he has taught to the art students of Kashan university of art and Esfahan art school engraving for a couple of students . it has been 36 years since he has been doing his professional works . he works different styles of engraving such as : Micro style of Safavian and Ghajaar , Achaemenian and Sasanee style , Persepolis style , crucible earth and bird , Chang and Eslimi , embossed work and Fret work . he works on metals such as copper , silver , brass and gold . most of his work is on silver or on soft cupper sheets or silver spacious dishes and chocolate bowls , boxes , tea drinking sets and …
